FNF Vs. Selever is a popular fan-made mod for the rhythm game Friday Night Funkin' (FNF). It features Selever, the mischievous son of Sarvente from the Week 5 mod Sarvente's Mid-Fight Masses, as the main antagonist.

Story

The mod takes place after the events of Week 5, where Boyfriend and Girlfriend had a rap battle against Sarvente and Ruv at the church. Selever, upset with his parents for grounding him after the church incident, runs away and challenges his Boyfriend to a rap battle to prove himself. The battle takes place across three different locations: a playground, a fast-food restaurant, and a corrupted version of the church.

Gameplay

The gameplay of FNF Vs. Selever is similar to the original FNF but with some added challenges. The arrows are faster and more complex, and there are new mechanics like Selever's microphone attacks and the ability to throw objects at him. The mod also features three original songs: "Bass-Ace," "Fresh," and "Gospel."

Reception

FNF Vs. Selever has been well-received by the FNF community, praised for its catchy music, challenging gameplay, and charming characters. The mod has been downloaded over 1 million times and has spawned numerous fan-made animations and remixes.

Additional notes

  • The mod was created by a team of modders called "VS Ruv & Selever Team," but was later updated by a new team called "RuvStyle."
  • The mod has been the subject of some controversy due to its religious themes and Selever's somewhat suggestive dialogue. However, the mod creators have stated that they do not intend to offend anyone and that the themes are meant to be satirical.

Overall, FNF Vs. Selever is a fun and challenging mod that is sure to please fans of FNF. If you're looking for a new FNF challenge, I highly recommend checking it out.
